11th Annual Community Service Project

Published On: March 10, 2019

The Touchstone Energy network is committed to building thriving communities that foster a high quality of life for its members. As we look to the future, it’s essential that we support the next generation of members. We are proud to offer our time to making essential repairs that will help teens and young adults reset their lives and become active members and leaders within their own communities,” said Touchstone Energy Executive Director Lynn Moore.

On Saturday, March 9, 100 volunteers from Touchstone Energy cooperatives across the country joined together to support the 11th  annual Touchstone Energy Community Service Project. This year, Touchstone Energy partnered with Rebuilding Together Orlando to make worksite improvements at the Covenant House.

Thanks to the dedication and tireless work of our volunteers through landscaping, painting and carpentry, Touchstone Energy volunteers helped homeless and at-risk youth get back on track and excel in their futures.

We greatly appreciate our committed volunteers who made this day possible. Watch this video to see the uplifting spirit of the day.

Be on the lookout for a future Brand News post that shares a video a glimpse into this uplifting day.
