Together We Save Energy Conversations Workshop

With temperatures this summer reaching the highest on record in many areas around the country, air conditioners have been running overtime, increasing energy consumption and racking up costs for member-owners. Are you receiving high bill complaints? Are member-owners calling with questions about home energy efficiency? Get the answers you need with the Together We Save “Energy Conversations” workshop.

This two-hour, in-house training is designed for non-technical, front-line employees who have daily contact with member-owners in the office, on the phone or in the field. In addition to teaching the very basics about energy efficiency, the workshop helps employees answer the most commonly asked questions about energy use, lighting and high bills, including:

  • Why is the price of electricity so high?
  • How can I improve the efficiency of my home?
  • We were gone a large part of the month. Why is my bill still so high?
