Instead of receiving a mailed invoice like years past, Touchstone Energy is sending an email announcement when the invoice is ready for you to log in to cooperative.com for downloading. Your Finance/Accounting team is already familiar with the process as we are mirroring the one used by NRECA.
The invoices are scheduled to go out before the end of January. We apologize for the delay as we are testing the process and working to ensure you have a positive member experience. UPDATE (2/1): We have receive word that these emails should be sent to our member co-ops no later than Feb. 2 and again apologize for the most recent delay needed to ensure you have access to the invoice once the new cooperative.com is launched.
There has not been a base rate change in a decade, yet the exclusive member programs offered have increased to a cumulative value of more than $500,000.
