On August 27, 2018, TouchstoneEnergy.Jobs will transition to a new Cooperative Career Center to support your recruiting efforts. This transition will provide an enhanced job posting solution that increases your co-op’s exposure to a larger network of job seekers and helps you attract the very best talent.
The new Cooperative Career Center will be managed by NRECA and provide a targeted search capability for qualified candidates, quick and easy job posting and online job activity reports. Job seekers will experience free and confidential resume posting, automated weekly email notifications and the ability to save jobs.
- Any jobs posted on the current platform will be moved to the new Cooperative Career Center the week of August 20. Owners of those jobs will be contacted and given the opportunity to review them in the new system before they go live.
- Anonymous EEOC data will no longer be collected. When you create a job, you will have two options: Either the candidate can email their resume with a short message (quick apply), or candidates can go directly into your applicant tracking system if you have one. If you do not have an applicant tracking system, you will need to collect the information directly from the candidate.
- NRECA will host multiple training sessions on how to navigate the new platform as well as “How to” videos to your transition to the new platform. Dates and sign up information are located on the Cooperative Career Center site on cooperative.com.
