This interactive two-hour workshop helps cooperative leaders strengthen community and economic development efforts by focusing on three key drivers of success: People, Power, and Progress. Participants will learn how to build meaningful partnerships, leverage community resources, and establish measurable goals that create lasting impact in their communities.

Through hands-on exercises, group discussions, and practical planning tools, attendees will identify local opportunities, map key stakeholders, uncover untapped resources, and develop a 90-day action plan to advance a priority initiative aligned with the Cooperative Principle of Commitment to Community.
