
Touchstone Energy Social is a service for members to ensure their social feeds have positive and educational content that will benefit their member owners and balance the communications about operational issues. There are two options to the program, the Content Support option and Social Media Management Platform option.
Content Support
The Touchstone Energy team will push out one to two posts per week on your behalf. Content would include original Touchstone Energy animations on safety, efficiency, timely weather-related energy tips and content from our latest advertising campaigns featuring relevant co-op themes. This service supports Facebook and Instagram. All participants in this program can view monthly content calendars directly on this page. Users can opt out monthly if there are regional matters that conflict with timing or content of posts. This option is intended to be a supplement to your co-op’s social media strategy.
Social Media Management Platform
This robust platform enables co-ops to manage their entire social media strategy from one place. Touchstone Energy will create your account and the Social Media Management Platform users can manage Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profiles, allowing users to schedule posts, manage content, and engage with their audience from a single dashboard. Users also have access to TE's content libraries, analytics, reporting, and all other platform features.The Social Media Management Platform is $540 annually.
