Touchstone Energy® Announces 6 Members with
Top 5 ACSI® Broadband Scores in 2025
Touchstone Energy is pleased to recognize six members that received one of the top 5 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) scores for broadband services among all cooperatives participating in measurement for Touchstone Energy in 2025.
The top five scores in 2025 ranged from 88 to 94 which compares favorably with the non-fiber internet service providers’ annual average score of 70 and the fiber internet service providers’ annual average score of 75 per the 2025 ACSI Telecommunications Study.
