LinkedIn Learning is an online education platform that provides access to a large library of courses designed to help co-op employees build professional and personal skills. Instead of attending classes in person, learn by watching short, structured video lessons taught by industry experts, making it easy to fit learning into a busy schedule.

The platform offers courses across a wide variety of subjects. These include business topics such as leadership, communication, and project management; technology skills like Excel, coding, data analysis, and artificial intelligence; as well as creative fields such as graphic design, photography, and video editing. It also includes content focused on personal development, such as improving productivity and managing time more effectively.

The LinkedIn Learning offering is complimentary as part of Touchstone Energy cooperatives’ membership. Each co-op has a set number of allotted user licenses based on membership type and size.
