Co-op Connections Program Enhancements
As we continue preparing for the upcoming Co‑op Connections program enhancements, we want to ensure you have the latest information and resources at your fingertips.
Designed to create a more streamlined experience for both co‑ops and members, key updates to the program include:
- Transitioning from the Co-op Connections app to a mobile-friendly, responsive Connections.coop website, accessible on any device. This change will occur on July 31. After that date, opening the app will reroute users to the enhanced experienced.
- Bringing email communications in-house to provide more focused and relevant member messaging.
- Enhancing Local Deals by giving co-ops greater control over the discounts member-owners see within their service territory through uniquely branded URLs.
Co-op Connections users are being notified of these upcoming changes. In addition, we’ve prepared a few creative assets that you can download below if you’d like to amplify these communications to your member-owners.
