Any and all goods or services provided by Touchstone Energy shall remain the property of Touchstone Energy. Providing goods and services to Company will not constitute an express or implied grant of any rights to or under Touchstone Energy’s patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights (Intellectual Property). For the term of the Agreement, and if in good standing (not suspended or terminated), Company is granted a limited license to use Touchstone Energy’s Intellectual Property in strict compliance with any and all Touchstone Energy rules, regulations and policies as may, from time to time, be adopted, including, but not limited to the Touchstone Energy Brand Style Guide. All goods and services are provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee.
